| INTERIOR INSPECTION OVERVIEW The interior inspection is the last portion of the Home Guide Report System. From the ceiling to the floor, all elements are covered. The power of The Home Guide Report System is derived from the fact that it was designed and used daily by home inspection professionals for nearly two years before it was released into the commercial market. So when you browse through a section like Interior, you can be sure the items to be inspected are there because of careful evaluation and feedback from practical field experience. FOUR-PART INTERIOR INSPECTION FORM The VISIBLE CONDITIONS checklist alone provides the inspector with nearly 40 items. Here are just a few of the many elements covered in the interior inspection: floor finishes, wall and ceiling finishes, fireplace set-up, windows, doors, etc. Of course the addendum is available if extra space is needed for the Interior inspection notes, or for that matter, any other part of the report. SCALED DIAGRAM OF THE INTERIOR We provide the client and inspector with the option of a blank scaled diagram, which can be used on any room in the house, or the entire interior if need be.
