Asphalt/fiberglass shingles come in different weights. A heavier shingle has a 30 year life expectancy. Light weight shingles last about 20
years. These shingles are in good condition and there are no signs of old age or curling shingles.

With cable TV, antennas should be removed from roofs and chimneys. Antennas move in the wind and create water leaks. A cap and screen keep animals and water out of the chimney.
2) The small pipe in the roof is the vent stack for the plumbing drainage lines.
