Asphalt/fiberglass shingles come in different weights. A heavier shingle has a 30 year life expectancy. Light weight shingles last about 20 years. These shingles are in good condition and there are no signs of old age or curling shingles. 1) With cable TV, antennas should be removed from roofs and chimneys.
