Our eBook Download File Requirements:

• The eBooks are non-printable versions.
• The eBooks are for Windows PC's and are not compatible with Mac computers.
• The secure pages of our eBooks are locked. To unlock those pages you must register with a valid PIN/password encryption unlock code. If you would like to view the secure pages of our products and have not yet purchased the unlock code, then please visit our online order page at www.nemmar.com/real-estate-training-products.shtml.
• When you purchase the product we will email you an encryption unlock PIN/password within 1 business day so you can open and read the secure pages. Please read our product returns policy BEFORE you place your order.
• Once you receive your eBook unlock code then connect to the Internet and click the eBook's "Register" button. Enter the code along with your e-mail address for instant access.
• VERY IMPORTANT Requirements: The copyright encryption only enables the product to be installed and read on ONE computer. You MUST have an Internet connection since your PIN/password must be verified online to open and read the secure product pages. Our products and websites are copyright protected. Purchasing the product and obtaining the PIN/password entitles you to read the secure pages but you are not allowed to copy, print or edit the content. The only exception is the single-user license from the publisher that is sold with the House Illustrations From A to Z eBook which allows printing and reproducing the illustrations by the purchaser only.

Our DVD and License Policy:

• Our DVDs and products are sold with the license that they cannot be used for rental purposes.

Our Product Shipping Policy:

• Tools and Equipment orders have different shipping and return policies - please review that page before ordering any of those items.

• All other orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

• USA destination orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-4 business days after the shipping date to receive your order depending upon the shipping weight and destination.

• For Non-USA destinations please add the additional shipping rate to your shopping cart order before checkout. Please allow 7-14 business days after the shipping date to receive your order depending upon the shipping weight and destination.

• Undeliverable Orders: If your order is returned to us by the delivery service due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address that you gave us with your order, then restocking and postage fees will not be refunded. The restocking fee is $6.00 in addition to the postage fees to cover the costs of the warehouse and order fulfillment services of processing, packaging, and shipping the package; and then processing and warehousing the returned products. However, if you would like us to reship the package to you at a different address, then you will not be charged a restocking fee but there will be a minimum fee of at least $6.00 for the order fulfillment service + postage to cover the additional handling, packaging, and postage fees for the second shipment.

Our Product Returns Policy:

• Tools and Equipment orders have different shipping and return policies - please review that page before ordering any of those items.

• You may return some items sold by Nemmar.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and have a minimum fee of $6.00. You must contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization number before you mail back any products.

• After getting a Return Authorization number from us, you must securely box the product and ship it back to us with a tracking number to confirm the package arrives at our warehouse and the items are not damaged.

• Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you receive an incorrect item from what you had ordered.

• We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

  • Any software/download files that have already been opened or received with the encryption unlock code. 

  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged. 

  • Any product missing the bar code.
