Russ Whitney defies court’s order to answer John T. Reed interrogatories

Today, June 27, 2005 was the third date on which Russ Whitney was supposed to answer under oath my 25 interrogatories (written questions). His corporation Whitney information Network, Inc. (WIN) was supposed to answer another 25 by the same June 27, 2005 deadline
They were supposed to answer them when I sent them to Whitney and WIN many months ago. They did not. Rather, they objected that they should not have to answer them.
They lost.
The United States District Court in Fort Myers, FL—Whitney’s home court—disagreed and ordered Whitney and WIN to answer the interrogatories by June 20, 2005.
On June 20, 2005, Whitney and WIN filed a motion asking the court to give them until today, June 27, 2005 to answer them. The court said OK.
I predicted they would either not answer them by using some new delaying tactic or by giving me non-responsive answers. The results are in.
1. They sent me 25 Russ Whitney interrogatory responses with no Russ Whitney signature—under oath or otherwise. I will not bother to discuss the responses until I get a signature under oath. They offered no explanation as to why the signature under oath was missing.
2. They did not respond in any way to the 25 interrogatories sent to WIN.
I will file yet another motion for the court to compel Russ Whitney and his corporation to comply with the previous court order.
The bottom line so far is that Russ Whitney has spent months and thousands of dollars in legal fees refusing to answer a bunch of simple questions that the vast majority of law-abiding citizens could answer with a simple “No” or “None” in a matter of seconds.

CONSUMER WARNING NOTICE: I recently saw Russ Whitney on a late night TV infomercial and then attended one of his "free" seminars. Unfortunately I believed all of their LIES and FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I paid thousands of dollars to go to his "training camps". Needless to say I was clearly ripped off, cheated and lied to by Russ Whitney and his employees (band of thieves). My mistake was not searching the Internet to find out more about Russ Whitney and his company's HORRIBLE reputation for fraud, deception and illegal activities. Had I searched online I would have found out about THOUSANDS of customers being cheated, HUNDREDS of investigations by the Attorney General into the fraud of Russ Whitney and his company's, and that Russ Whitney himself is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON and spent years in PRISON. I saved the cached pages from the major search engines of the John Reed lawsuit with Russell Whitney and the TRUTH and FACTS that Reed discovered during his investigation of Whitney. I am posting this information on real estate discussion boards so other people do NOT get cheated and ripped off like I did.
