How to sue Russ Whitney by John T. Reed

Russ Whitney must like lawsuits. He has threatend me and others with them. And he filed a trademark and libel suit against me. When it comes to lawsuits, he can dish it out. But the question arises, can he take it?
If you have a legal beef with Whitney or his company, you may wonder if there is a way to sue—especially if you are in a different state. Probably.
Where Whitney is located
Actually, Whitney is now so big he has permanent locations in a number of states and countries. Generally, businesses are required to have registered agents for service of process. That is, they have to identify someone to receive the summons if you want to sue them. In most states, the secretray of state is the office in charge of keeping the records of corporations and their agents for service of process. Nowadays, almost all of them have Web sites. So you simply type something like “Secretary of State Florida” into the Google search engine. That gets you to the Secretary’s Web site. There you will typically find an internal search that enables you to search within the site. There is typically a corporations page. There you can search for the company in question.
Whitney has registered agents in the following states and maybe others. Please let me know if I have overlooked one.

Unfortunately I believed all of their LIES and FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I paid thousands of dollars to go to his "training camps". Needless to say I was clearly ripped off, cheated and lied to by Russ Whitney and his employees (band of thieves). My mistake was not searching the Internet to find out more about Russ Whitney and his company's HORRIBLE reputation for fraud, deception and illegal activities. Had I searched online I would have found out about THOUSANDS of customers being cheated, HUNDREDS of investigations by the Attorney General into the fraud of Russ Whitney and his company's, and that Russ Whitney himself is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON and spent years in PRISON. I saved the cached pages from the major search engines of the John Reed lawsuit with Russell Whitney and the TRUTH and FACTS that Reed discovered during his investigation of Whitney. I am posting this information on real estate discussion boards so other people do NOT get cheated and ripped off like I did.
