John T. Reed is scheduled to take Russ Whitney’s deposition on July 5, 2005 and Whitney Information Network’s deposition on July 7, 2005

John T. Reed asked the Whitney crowd to schedule Russ’s deposition on 7/5/05, Whitney Information Network’s on 7/7/05 and Reed’s own deposition on 7/8/05.
The Whitney side refused to answer. So Reed went ahead and scheduled it. The court has ordered that the depos be completed before July 11 so Reed did not have much choice.
Will Whitney show up?
One week before he was to give a deposition to Matt Gagnon of Mazu.com, Whitney withdrew his lawsuit against Gagnon.
Todd Dotson, who used to be a Whitney associate, is being sued by Whitney. Whitney has tried repeatedly to take Russ’s deposition. Russ keeps getting it postponed.
The West Florida Better Business Bureau tells me they are being sued by Whitney in Broward County, FL but that the suit has not made much progress since they tried to get discovery from the Whitney side.
Russ Whitney demanded an evidentiary hearing involving me. The court scheduled it for May 13, 2005. I told Whitney I would be calling him as a witness in that case. Just before it arrived, he got it postponed to June 15, 2005. Then, when that date arrive, he got it postponed again to some not yet determined date after July 22. Russ and his corporation were supposed to answer written questions under oath on June 13, 2005. They got it postponed to June 27th.
So it would appear that Russ Whitney is lately not real fond of providing answers or testimony under oath. We‘ll see if he answers those interrogatories on June 27th or appears at the depositions on July 5th and 7th.
I will be surprised if he does either.

CONSUMER WARNING NOTICE: I recently saw Russ Whitney on a late night TV infomercial and then attended one of his "free" seminars. Unfortunately I believed all of their LIES and FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I paid thousands of dollars to go to his "training camps". Needless to say I was clearly ripped off, cheated and lied to by Russ Whitney and his employees (band of thieves). My mistake was not searching the Internet to find out more about Russ Whitney and his company's HORRIBLE reputation for fraud, deception and illegal activities. Had I searched online I would have found out about THOUSANDS of customers being cheated, HUNDREDS of investigations by the Attorney General into the fraud of Russ Whitney and his company's, and that Russ Whitney himself is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON and spent years in PRISON. I saved the cached pages from the major search engines of the John Reed lawsuit with Russell Whitney and the TRUTH and FACTS that Reed discovered during his investigation of Whitney. I am posting this information on real estate discussion boards so other people do NOT get cheated and ripped off like I did.
