Evidence against Russ Whitney needed by John T. Reed

Seminar contracts—I understand that the point of the “free training” seminars, and, to a lesser extent all paid Whitney seminars, is to get you to go to the back of the room and sign up for a paid seminar or another paid seminar. I need copies of the contracts they ask you to sign—preferably, whatever contracts he was using for each of the last five years.
Telemarketing scripts—I would like copies of any Whitney telemarketing scripts used in the past or currently.
Training manuals or policy manuals—Any Whitney or affiliate training or policy manuals relating to interactions with students prospective customers, employees, or speakers.
Scripts for seminars—Written script or notes or recorded seminar both “free training” and paid seminars
Refund policy—I am told Whitney has a refund policy and does give some refunds although nowhere near as many as customers request. I would appreciate it if readers would send me copies of Whitney’s written refund policy.
Non-compete agreement—I am told that Whitney employees and possibly independent contractor speakers must sign an extremely restrictive non-compete agreement. I would appreciate it if readers who have such agreements would send them to me.
Content of “free training”—If you have a recording or written notes from a “free training” seminar or other seminar where they were urging you to sign up for another seminar, please send me a copy.
Content of Whitney telemarketing solicitation—If you have a recording or written notes from a Russ Whitney telemarketing solicitation where they were urging you to sign up for a seminar, mentoring, or other expensive service, please send me a copy.

CONSUMER WARNING NOTICE: I recently saw Russ Whitney on a late night TV infomercial and then attended one of his "free" seminars. Unfortunately I believed all of their LIES and FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I paid thousands of dollars to go to his "training camps". Needless to say I was clearly ripped off, cheated and lied to by Russ Whitney and his employees (band of thieves). My mistake was not searching the Internet to find out more about Russ Whitney and his company's HORRIBLE reputation for fraud, deception and illegal activities. Had I searched online I would have found out about THOUSANDS of customers being cheated, HUNDREDS of investigations by the Attorney General into the fraud of Russ Whitney and his company's, and that Russ Whitney himself is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON and spent years in PRISON. I saved the cached pages from the major search engines of the John Reed lawsuit with Russell Whitney and the TRUTH and FACTS that Reed discovered during his investigation of Whitney. I am posting this information on real estate discussion boards so other people do NOT get cheated and ripped off like I did.
