In the course of researching Russ Whitney to defend myself against his lawsuit, I have come across many publications of his.
Repetitive
One complaint I have heard about both Whitney’s publications and his seminars is that they are repetitive. I can confirm that with regard to his books and cassettes. He tells the same stories over and over. In some cases, the repeated portion is verbatim. The two books Building Wealth System and Keys to Real Estate Financing Locating & Analyzing contain verbatim passages from the book Building Wealth. Whitney is entitled to do that, but he ought to tell customers that they will be getting the same material if they buy all three books.
I would appreciate any help readers could give me in acquiring copies of each and every one of them. Items that are in red are things I need readers to help me find.

Glossary
A glossary in the back of Overcoming the hurdles & pitfalls of financing, locating & analyzing of real estate appears extremely inconsistent with Whitney’s writing style. I wonder if it was copied from another publication. I would appreciate it if readers would check their pre-1984 real estate books for a real estate glossary that starts with the definition “Accelerated depreciation-A method of cost write-off in accounting practice in which allowances for depreciation of a wasting asset are greater in the early years and decline according to a formula” and ends with the definition “Wraparound mortgage-In general, a third party lender refinances the property by assuming the existing mortgage (and its debt service) and ‘wraps around’ a new junior mortgage.” [By the way, I disagree with that definition of a wraparound.]
Promotional literature
I am also interested in acquiring a collection of every promotional piece Whitney ever distributed. Often, these are inside the covers of Whitney products you bought.

CONSUMER WARNING NOTICE: I recently saw Russ Whitney on a late night TV infomercial and then attended one of his "free" seminars. Unfortunately I believed all of their LIES and FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I paid thousands of dollars to go to his "training camps". Needless to say I was clearly ripped off, cheated and lied to by Russ Whitney and his employees (band of thieves). My mistake was not searching the Internet to find out more about Russ Whitney and his company's HORRIBLE reputation for fraud, deception and illegal activities. Had I searched online I would have found out about THOUSANDS of customers being cheated, HUNDREDS of investigations by the Attorney General into the fraud of Russ Whitney and his company's, and that Russ Whitney himself is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON and spent years in PRISON. I saved the cached pages from the major search engines of the John Reed lawsuit with Russell Whitney and the TRUTH and FACTS that Reed discovered during his investigation of Whitney. I am posting this information on real estate discussion boards so other people do NOT get cheated and ripped off like I did.
