First of all, hello to everyone. I have Mr. Cozzi's "Real Estae Appraisal From A to Z" what an awesome book. My question is what do I need to do to prepare to become certified? Thanks.

Every State has their own appraisal licensing and certification board. They all must meet or exceed the Federal requirements for licensing appraisers. Visit the State appraisal board site for your State from the links on that page and you'll find the info for their requirements.
