I'm trying to find information on the internet about completing a Land Appraisal Report. I'm having a hard time finding this. Is there an industry standard form like the URAR for this? Any information on this would be helpful.

For appraisals of vacant lots (land), complete Form FW 68, Land Appraisal Report, or an equivalent form.

It's hard to find that form, that's why it's not one of the ones you can see online in my web site Real Estate Library. You don't have to use a standard form for your appraisals unless the client requests that. If you feel you can do a narrative report without using Form FW 68 then you can ask the client if that's acceptable to them.
