How do Realtors feel about closing gifts?

I guess it depends on the individual Realtor. Some will want to give closing gifts to their clients, and other won't. A Realtor that gives closing gifts to clients will probably have a better record of getting referral business from thier clients. The client will certainly appreciate the thought and interest of a Realtor that gives them a gift after they buy a house through that Realtor.
