I AM LOOKING TO SELL MY TIMESHARE WHICH IS BASED IN RENO AND WOULD LIKE TO GET INFORMATION ON CONTRACTS, GOVERNMENT FEES, NORMAL DEED TRANSFER FEES SUCH AS CLOSING COSTS, APPRAISALS, TITLE SEARCHES AS THEY MAY (OR MAY NOT) APPLY TO THIS TYPE OF PROPERTY. THIS IS A DEEDED PROPERTY.

Tony,
Your question can only be answered by someone who is a licensed attorney and realtor or broker in the Reno, Nevada area. The reason is that all local areas have their own laws, fees, regulations, etc. and there are no nationwide standards that can answer your questions for Reno, Nevada.
