Realtors in Apache Junction, Arizona, say their area has turned into a hot seller's market, touting gorgeous mountain views, reasonable prices, and the release of state lands to developers. "Apache Junction is a desert town at the base of the Superstition Mountains, with a 30-minute commute to Sky Harbour Airport," explains Realtor Gregory Wittekind. "Sales have been strong in Apache Junction for the last year. Appreciation in some areas have doubled in one year. The desert vegetation and mountain views in many areas are spectacular. Investors are realizing the value in clearing old lots (tear down) and rebuilding with upscale executive properties. State land is being bought by developers, and planned area developments within the town are now being built. Custom home sites on acreages with mountain views or semi-custom homes in well-planned subdivisions are available."
