Know All Men by These Presents:

Optionor, assign to ________________________, all of their rights, title, and interest under said Option , a true copy of which is marked Exhibit A, attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof. Optionee agrees to execute any documents
necessary to enable ______________________________ to exercise the option granted in said Option.
The Assignee accepts this assignment , agrees to assume and perform all the duties to be performed by the Buyer under the Option Contract to the same extent as if Assignee had originally been named as the Buyer in that contract, and to indemnify and hold Assignor harmless for any liability for performance or nonperformance of the duties assumed by me.
