Bonita Springs, Florida's "The Brooks" Realtors Report Babbling Sales - 2/10/2005 - Real Estate House Home Condo

Bonita Springs, Florida's "The Brooks" Realtors Report Babbling Sales
by Blanche Evans

Located in Bonita Springs, Florida, "The Brooks" gated communities are in strong demand, say local Realtors.

"The Brooks is a master-planned community covering over 2,492 acres," says Realtor Audrey Pullos. "The Brooks offers "4" gated communities; Shadow Wood, Cooperleaf, Spring Run and Lighthouse Bay."

Pullos explains, "If you want to live close to everything and still have a private community to live in look no further! Shadow Wood offers custom estate homes, single family homes, villas & carriage homes. Prices range from the high $200,000's to well over $2,000,000. Amenities include an elegant clubhouse with a restaurant and lounge, tennis courts, pool and "2" 18 hole golf courses (equity golf optional).

"Cooperleaf is a golf-inclusive gated community which will have 570 homes on 336 acres. The 18-hole course is designed by Gordon Lewis. Cooperleaf is offering single-family classic homes, villas, and carriage homes. The Copperleaf clubhouse features a pro shop, restaurant, tennis courts and pool.

"Lighthouse Bay is a waterfront community with water views for all most all of the residents. Lighthouse Bay offers all of the amenities of The Brooks without golf. Lighthouse Bay will offer "4" neighborhoods which will include attached villas, carriage homes, coach homes, and condo's. Prices start in the $200,000's. Within Lighthouse Bay is The Harbor Club which offers residents a freshwater beach, boating, nature park, health club, pool and much more!

"Spring Run offers detached & attached villas, carriage homes and condo's. Spring Run residents are eligible to join the Brooks Commons, which includes a Beach Club," she says.

Recalls Realtor Ruthann McBride, "Once a sleepy little fishing village, Bonita Springs has transformed into a lush, tropical paradise which is home to over 30,000 residents. Here you will enjoy spectacular sunsets, pristine white sandy beaches, theater and the arts, golf, boating, fishing, and an abundance of nature which ranges from playful otters and dolphins to the majestic Great Blue Herons. A diversity of cultures as well as architecture makes Bonita Springs greatly appealing to many. The local economy stems largely from tourism, construction, agriculture and retail."

"Like other markets in this area, Bonita Springs and it's surrounding areas are experiencing major growth in equity," suggests Realtor Lee Davidson. "It's a beautiful area with unbelievable beaches. The construction industry is moving leaps and bounds almost daily. Compared to its neighboring city of Naples, Bonita Springs could still be considered a great deal for southwest Florida real estate."
