Realtors in Brentwood, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville, say the area is so beautiful that it's growing quickly. "Upscale Brentwood, Northern Williamson County, is a great area if you can afford to live there," say Realtors Lucy and Bill Rudolph. "Including the beautiful hills and valleys, everything is good about Brentwood except it's growing too fast for us long-term residents. You can still find homes here in some areas built in the 70's and 80's in the $200,000 range. Brentwood is convenient to everything!" The lifestyle and quality of life are excellent, and the commute time to just about anywhere is great. About the market, the Roberts say, "Great market!
