This appointment follows closely on the appointment of Steven Lewkowitz as a professional services director, homebuilders, Pivotal. Robert Edwards brings more than twenty years of experience in homebuilding and technology to Pivotal including an 11-year tenure as national accounts manager at Computers for Tracts. Prior to Computers for Tracts, Edwards served as president of Subdivision Sales, Inc., a new home sales and marketing organization which provides sales and marketing expertise to new home builders and developers. Steven Lewkowitz joins Pivotal with more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding and related technologies. Most recently, he was with PeopleSoft where he managed the company’s worldwide homebuilding and real estate consulting and implementations. Lewkowitz also spent eight years in several senior technology positions at K. Hovnanian Enterprises, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, where he was responsible for a variety of process redesign, change management, and system design/implementation projects.
Lewkowitz also heads up the Technology Workgroup of the National Association of Home Builders Business Management and Technology Committee.
