Foreclosures - Be Careful Where You Get Your List Foreclosures are increasing in many spots around the country and the national media is taking notice of the trend
RISMEDIA, July 18, 2006—Foreclosures are increasing in many spots around the country and the national media is taking notice of the trend. Several stories have appeared in the print and television news and none have included Default Research. The company sees that as a good thing.
"Much of the news coverage of foreclosure data providers is negative," said Serdar Bankaci, president and CEO of Default Research, Inc. "Several of our competitors have been exposed as not delivering fresh and accurate leads and that is simply bad business. In fact, many of the national providers even admitted in the news reports that their information is not up-to-date."
Bankaci added that publishing outdated leads is a problem Default Research will never have. In fact, the company prides itself on having the freshest leads, which arrive two to three weeks ahead of the competition.
"Talking to our clients on a daily basis, I know first-hand that our leads give them a chance to be the first to approach homeowners in economic distress," Bankaci said. "And look at our testimonials page - by being the first to approach homeowners, our clients can help a family in trouble and also profit financially."
The proof is in the Default Research client's voices.
"I have heard other foreclosure lead companies say that their data is the newest however, the lists from Default Research really do arrive weeks ahead" said Greg Talbot, a longtime Default Research customer from Arizona. "Most other companies' lists are 25-30 days old when they are e-mailed to you. By that time, the homeowner has been contacted 20 times by competitors."
As Bankaci sees it, the problem is that many other competitors are bringing negative attention to the business of selling foreclosure leads. Much as he encourages his clients to take advantage of the opportunity presented by his foreclosure leads, Bankaci sees the media attention as a positive opportunity to shine.
"While they are getting negative attention, we will do what we do best and try to make the industry function the way it should be," Bankaci said with a confident smile. "Accurate, fresh leads with verified phone numbers delivered in a timely manner." |
