Roswell, Georgia, has seen its market balance over the last few weeks, local experts report. Roswell is located just miles north of Atlanta -- and is considered "one of the most desirable areas in metro Atlanta." And while inventories are on the rise -- they're at an all time high -- median home prices are around $245,000. The good news for sellers? The population of this city has increased 41 percent in the last 17 years. More residents should mean more buyers. Notes one local expert, "Sellers in this market, who have prepared their properties well, are in great shape. The nicer listings do sell fairly quickly. Home prices are rising for the well prepared seller and as the metro area grows, with Roswell, once considered an outlying area, becoming closer and closer in. Location and liveability have had a very favorable impact on Roswell." |
