| Tom and Jacquie Hignite of Milwaukee used to dream about their affordable dream home. However, at every open house, every home they could afford always seemed to be missing critical elements: A side entry garage, for example, would not fit, or there was no way to add a front porch, or getting storage items from garage to basement was awkward. So in 1990, using Tom's design background, they finally designed their dream home with their long list of “ideal” features and a new company was born. Today, the company offers over a dozen floor plans featuring easy traffic flow, spacious wide stairs, and creative furniture possibilities.
