This offer is contingent upon a qualified mold inspector examining the property and issuing a report that is acceptable to the buyer. Seller agrees to allow the inspector access to all interior and exterior areas of the property. This access must be provided within ten (10) days from the acceptance of this offer.
Mold inspection shall be paid for by:
