New Mold Inhibitor Prevents Mold Growth Inside Buildings

02/04/2004

A new mold inhibitor product, Mold-B-Gone, made its debut at the recent 2004 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
Mold-B-Gone is a robin egg blue liquid formulation that is applied inside and outside of new buildings during the framing process.

Once inside the walls, floors and ceilings, Mold-B-Gone Inhibitor transforms the structure into an antimicrobial surface. The company promises that Mold will not grow inside the walls of buildings that have been protected with Mold-B-Gone Inhibitor.

Mold-B-Gone Inhibitor has been in product development and testing since early 2002. DLS Research & Ventures in Atlanta, GA. has been conducting final product testing since mid 2003.

The one-time single application of the product costs about 1.5% of the building's value which makes it affordable for consumers, contractors and developers. The product application has a 25 year conditional warranty. The Mold-B-Gone Inhibitor product is now available though licensed applicators. The company is seeking licensed applicators in major building markets.

Mold-B-Gone is a proven product and is market ready! The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized Mold-B-Gone Inhibitor and assigned a company number.
