    Through funding made possible by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's (NYSERDA) New York Energy $mart program, the NAHB Research Center is working with residential builders across New York State to demonstrate the advantages of New York ENERGY STAR® labeled homes and photovoltaic (solar electric) systems.
