Storm Water Permit Guide Available at BuilderBooks.com NAHB has prepared a builder’s guide to help association members comply with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state storm water permitting requirements. EPA has recently stepped up its enforcement of the storm water rules, which it h as repeatedly called a national priority.
