The EPA has grown out of control!!! We wanted to renovate our house but the damn EPA regulations about the 'possibility' of lead in the old layers of paint that have been covered by many layers over the years, is a hazard according to the EPA rules. We had to cancel the project due to the excessive costs and fees to pay if we did the renovations with the EPA requirements.
