Electric Heating Systems:
Depending upon the region you're in, it may be more common to find electric baseboard radiators. It's very rare in my area due to the higher expense of electric heat. Check with the Owner or Realtor about blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers. Sometimes this can be a problem due to the additional electrical usage for electric heating systems.
You'll normally find separate thermostats in each room for electric baseboard radiators. Test all of them during a home inspection. The radiators should get warm quickly. Having a separate thermostat in each room can be a nuisance at times. The homeowner will have to raise and lower many thermostats when trying to conserve energy and adjust the house temperature.
